Fewer contractors, fewer gaps

Most commercial buildings end up with four or five different companies responsible for things that all run over the same cable, through the same pathways, into the same rooms. The camera installer does not know what the network contractor did. The phone vendor turns up to find no drop where the phone goes. Nobody owns the bit in the middle.

We are brought in to be that single point. One contractor scoping the cabling and the systems that run on it, so the pathways are planned once, the rooms are built once, and the labeling matches across everything in the building.

That applies whether the job is a single floor or a multi-site rollout, and whether you are building new, fitting out a lease or fixing what somebody else left behind.

We work in with your GC, electrician and IT provider so the trades are not tripping over each other.

Installation

Cabling, rooms and systems installed, tested and labeled to a consistent standard.

Documentation handed over, with support available when something needs attention later.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a contractor or a reseller?

We are the contractor. Our own team scopes and installs the work rather than passing it to a third party.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes. A reasonable share of our work is finishing or correcting installs that stalled. We will assess what is usable before quoting.

Do you work on new construction and fit-outs?

Yes. We work inside construction schedules alongside the general contractor and the other trades.

Can you handle multiple locations?

Yes. Multi-site rollouts are built to one standard so every location is supported the same way.

How quickly can you get to site?

It depends on the work and the current schedule. For live faults we also offer emergency network support.

Which areas do you serve?

Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, including Naperville, Schaumburg, Aurora, Elgin, Evanston, Skokie, Niles, Des Plaines, Rosemont, Elk Grove Village and Oak Brook.
